Paul Fisher
Managing Partner
With over 20 years of experience, Paul has a proven track record of enhancing value across more than $5 billion in hotel assets.
He has successfully led renovations exceeding $750 million, improved performance in over 30 properties, and managed intricate transactions involving independent, branded, franchised, and condominium hotels.
Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Properties, overseeing a $4 billion portfolio, and as Head of Asset Management at Watermark Lodging Trust. His career also includes significant positions at GFI Capital, Ian Schrager Company, and Marriott International.
Paul is an alumnus of the University of Delaware.
Sam Zinsmaster
Managing Partner
Before founding Anchor Bridge, Sam was a Senior Vice President at Brookfield, where he oversaw a $6 billion portfolio and managed the North American hotel group's design and construction projects.
Prior to Brookfield, Sam served as Chief Operating Officer at Watermark Lodging Trust, responsible for Asset Management, Construction Management, Investor Relations, and Information & Technology.
Earlier in his career, Sam held various positions at Marcus Hotels & Resorts and has been a member several Marriott International owner’s advisory boards and of AHLA’s Owner’s & Management Committee.
Sam is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
